When you message in, include the details that let the first reply actually solve the issue rather than asking follow-up questions.

For a payment problem, include the transaction ID (TXID) if you paid by manual transfer, or the CryptoBot invoice number if you used @CryptoBot. Also mention which plan and billing period you paid for.

For a withdrawal problem, include the withdrawal number the bot gave you in its confirmation message.

For anything else (commands not working, alerts not arriving, wallet stuck on paused), describe what you did and what happened. Your Telegram username and the approximate time helps.
